I think many people may be already aware of these two websites: www.bbc.co.uk & www.cnn.com, where you can find latest news & live radio/video.
Personally I like bbc website better. It has a separate section called Learning English: http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/
which I think is well structured & useful. It is quite interesting to explore those audios & quizzes. haha...highly recommend to have a look at a unit called "working abroad", xixi...some of them really speak lousy English. but they still can survive :p (that absolutely makes you feel better^_^)
on bbc website, they even have a Chinese website: http://www.bbc.co.uk/china/learningenglish/
quite interesting also. one shortcoming is that they do not update it that frequently.
